Account and Data Deletion — Pritzurim

This page explains how to delete your account in the fruit-fight.com app and the information associated with it. The Service is operated by Eithan Orbach, licensed dealer (Osek Murshe) No. 033658683.
How to Request Deletion
There are two ways:
- From within the app: in account settings, choose "Delete account" (if available in your app version) and confirm.
- By email: send a request to eithan@anipogam.co.il with the username you wish to delete, and the subject line "Account deletion."
Because signup does not include an email address, we may ask for an additional identifying detail (such as the username) to confirm that the request comes from the account owner, before carrying out the deletion.
What Will Be Deleted
Upon completing the request, we will delete:
- your account (username and password);
- your game progress data (levels, cards collected, and achievements);
- the push notification device token, if any.
What May Be Retained
- Purchase and invoice records — retained for the period required by law (for example, tax-authority reporting requirements, up to 7 years). This information is kept solely to comply with a legal obligation.
- Anonymous, aggregate data — usage data that does not identify you personally is not deleted, as it cannot be linked to your account.
Timeframe
We will complete deletion of the account and personal information within 30 days of receiving and verifying the request. Deletion is irreversible — the account and progress cannot be restored afterward.
